Pixels NYC invasion video by Patrick Jean is retro awesome

Pixels by Patrick Jean takes us on a journey as pixels escape a retro TV and begin taking over NYC. There are some sweet 8-bit retro gaming moments in here, including King – Donkey – Kong, Tetris, Space Invaders and even font sets from old gaming dev / publishers like Ocean and Bitmap Brothers (is it truly sad I recognized this? Probably). There’s even a Commodore subway, Psygnosis and Tetris shout out. This video has been around a couple of weeks now, but we thought we’d post it here on the off chance a few of you somehow missed its awesomeness. Make sure you check it out if you missed it. Oh and even though it’s gaming in nature, we’ve filed this one under Lesbian Geek, because it’s geek brilliant.
