Funcom MMO The Secret World gets another trailer H P Lovecraft shout out

I’m a huge H. P. Lovecraft fan… HUGE, so when viewing the latest trailer for upcoming MMO The Secret World I couldn’t help but smile as the camera panned around to the corner of Arkham Ave and Lovecraft Lane. The game will also be partly set in the New England town of Kingsmouth, Maine. One of the main settings for many Lovecraft stories is Innsmouth, a fictional town in Massachusetts, also in the New England area. It has to be said we were excited about The Secret World before because of the awesome female heavy teaser trailers they released last year, now with this obvious homage to Lovecraftian lore, this game is even more exciting. We’re hoping to score a Q&A with the developers, we’ll keep you posted. The latest trailer is below, also check out the cool female gamer ones if you missed them when we covered them way back when.

   It looks really good, I hope you get that Q&A, be sure and ask them about these girls in the trailers.
