Mass Effect 2 is out – So what do the lesbians and gamers at large think this time?
Well a lot of people may well be cooing over the Apple iPad, but any lesbian gamer, or for that matter gamer worth their Xbox 360 owning salt is also playing a little game called Mass Effect 2. Yes it’s out, finally and we’d like to hear your thoughts about the game, so we can collate them into a big ass Mass Effect 2 round-up from differing perspective. Do you love it? Hate it? How are the women portrayed? Anything bugging you? Anything that is genius? How many love interests are there for the lady loving lady? Jot them in an email. We’ll hopefully be reviewing this title shortly, once we’ve played it to death obviously.

Well been playing ME2 now for a little while and have managed to get entertained nicely by a (female) table dancer (yes, I tipped her well), danced the night away with a lovely lady and have passed out drunk from one drink. Pretty much total reality right there.
Was freaked out a little by President Bartlett as smoking man but am loving the Aussie accent from Miranda – even if her and I are not longer on speaking terms.
Am still wishing with all my might that Jack would take out her dykey angst out on my Commander Shepherd, but perhaps the Shepherd buzz cut hairstyle is putting her off as she probably goes for the femmes anyways…
Been playing it pretty much non-stop I got it (embarrassed to tell you how many times I’ve finished it. I’ve got waaay to much time on my hands.). Unless I’ve missed something, which is definitely possible, there is no girl on girl action in this one. That kind of sucks, but overall, the shorter missions and amped up weapons agree with me.
I love this one more so than the original; lost sooo many hours by now. The difference in combat in very welcome IMO, but that might be because I like shooters – and the dialogue and storyline is awesome as usual.
However, a few things bothered me. Besides the game borderline encouraging players to cheat on their ME1 romance (if you had one) – where the hell was my “You Betrayed Me!” break up dialogue option for Liara? -_-’ Realistically, my Shep would’ve been angry for more than the four seconds it took for her to bark at Liara.
Also, added dialogue in other scenes would’ve been nice. To have a realistic reaction ^^’ Sole Survivors should be allowed to tell TIM where the shove it for example.
Can’t complain too much though, I love the damn thing! Now to get back to playing it, and crying in my corner everytime I want to pine after Samara…
