Project Natal gets a lot of talk

There’s been a lot of talk recently about Project Natal and how it may change not only the way we game, but also the way we interact with other forms of entertainment. I have to admit to being fairly cynical about Natal, because having been a gamer for decades you see these gadgets come and go, but now I’m not sure sure. Not only are a lot of big developers talking up Natal, but also people in the non gaming arena seem to be paying it attention. Ubisoft are said to be working on up to 10 titles for Natal for next year and Microsoft – unsurprisingly – are also talking up Natal, suggesting it may change the way we view television, gaming and the internet, perhaps by way of convergence. All hype, or could this truly be the new way forward?
