There’s only 4 possible sexual partners/long term relationship possibilities in the game out of the different party members. Out of them, 2 are male, 2 are female, 1 male and 1 female are bi. There (seems) to be only 1 possible sex scene animation sequence as it was the same for me regardless of coupling. I have heard there is a way to do a three way so that would be different…but either way I found that the kissing scenes and the dialogue regarding your romantic/physical relationship is just plain awesome.
When you play the game you see why the other female is only interested in men. Also, Leliana is really really awesome and sweet and strong although quite religious.

Apparently there is only 1 scripted sex scene… according to the way it was worded in the link. How dissapointing. I mean, whats the chance that of all the girls in the game you only want to have lesbian sex with one of them?
In any case I am excited that at least the option exists, my elven fighter will be a veritable knight in shining armor : D. Actually she will probably be more like Subject Zero but thats another story…
I will try my hand at the editor when it comes out and if the campaign doesn’t satisfy you can be sure a romantic adventure in the works!
It sucks that bioware has been so cautious after the Mass Effect fiasco which was totally unfounded. For a Rated M game there should be no reason to censor this stuff. Its not like games havent had boobs before, or sex even. I hate this backwards progression, especially since there is no science behind it.
