Xbox 360 Elite gets RRoD (Red Ring of Death) at Lesbian Gamers HQ

It had to happen, after over 3 years of none of our Xbox 360′s gaining the dreaded Red Ring of Death, today our main reviewing machine, the Elite has done just that. The death took place at approximately 9.55am whilst trying to add MS points to download the new Tomb Raider content for review.

We’re seeing this as a good thing, rather than being all depressed, because we’re going to take the opportunity to document first hand what happens when the RRoD strikes the unsuspecting gamer. So over the next few weeks, when you see the RRoD icon, it will be some sort of update on the situation. Tomorrow for example I’ll be off to the post office to get a box / coffin to place the Xbox in… we’ll see how the call to MS Help goes also, in full glorious detail.
