Yet more from MS. I saw this over on gaygamer net and decided to see what you folks had to say on the matter.
I must say I’ve had little issue with Sony so far – last August when I attended pride I updated my status to “Off to Pride parade!” or something similar and didn’t get any complaints. I’ve yet to add anything to my main profile though.
I think it’s truly disgusting that MS can get away with this hypocrisy – if Live is anything like the PSN there’ll be hundreds of “Ladiesman” variations, something far cruder imo than having ‘lesbian’ in your profile!

I was wondering if you’d seen this, because I was so furious I nearly sent you an email when this came through my reader. Glad to see that Microsoft is dedicated to being a part of the problem.
And it’s good to know that while Xbox Live is the preferred online gaming service for sexual predators, Microsoft is taking care of the REAL problems.

This is apauling, i was going to do an article anyway but its going in the first addition of Queer Groupies Magazine(Title not finalised)… In her profile! what the hell? The zine wasn’t supposed to be used as a defence for queers but I have no choice but to say something. I can just see the faces of my non-gamer friends buying *A* console for however much only to be told ‘your queer and we don’t want you here,Buy the 360 & even buy the queer friendly Fable 2 but don’t expect thanks cos were gonna find you and kick you out!’
