Veronica Mars movie is a go according to creator Rob Thomas – Color us dubious

Frankly I’m dubious, but cocky, cute, female detectives are cool, especially when they’re called Veronica Mars, so any news of a movie, however fickle it may be is good news. There’s long been a movie of the hit TV series in the works if you believe the ongoing rumor, but it was always plagued with problems, never quite making it to production. That is until now… allegedly.

Apparently Rob Thomas (creator of the show) has finally stated it is going ahead, like, for real this time! According to the buzz Joel Silver will produce the film and of course Kristen Bell will be back as the eponymous hero of the piece. Fingers crossed people… just don’t hold your breath!
