LEGO Batgirl, no Batwoman?

Holy Toledo Batfans! For a moment there we thought a lesbian video game character had been released sans hoopla! Alas t’was not Batwoman, but Batgirl. As you’re no doubt aware the new LEGO Batman game arrives on store shelves next month and Batgirl looks cute.

Screenshots showing Batgirl are pretty cool (after the jumperoo), but alas no Kathy Kane in sight as of yet. Kathy is the alterego of Batwoman, she dates detective Renee Montoya in the Bat universe and recently came out of the bat closet.

    Could I be looking forward to this game any more than I am – I! Don’t! Think! So!
    The lego series rocks and this title should be no different. I hope that Batgirl (and any other Batchicks!) that appear in this title have the now legendary female lego character hip swaying swagger that they’ve had in the other title. Love that!

    They still haven’t revealed all the characters yet. Also, lets not forget about Harley and Ivy.

    I can’t find a scan online but Harley remarks to batgirl “Ivy gave me an antidote so we can play together” at some point.
